I just checked. Savegames are stored in this folder:
C:\Users\\<YOUR COMPUTER NAME>\AppData\Roaming\ScummVM\Saved Games
If anyone is interested anyway I found the the Steam save folder:
C:\Users\\<YOUR PC'S MONIKER>\AppData\Roaming\LucasArts\Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis
Never woulda thought of looking there for a DOS game, but it makes sense seeing as Steam uses a win32 wrapper thing to run the game (with it's crap smoothing filter!)
tho these games might have been available for amiga back then..the files u get with this steam version of indy are for DOS
Upscaling and smoothing is nice to have in ScummVM....however i prefer the original pixelated look :D

Obviously when using ScummVm for the game the score that u get for the guys isnt properly registered. (I can't confirm that sincew i didnt pay attention to the score when playing the game. Seriously it doesnt matter at all. Scoring in adventure games seems a relic from the Sierra days)
Kamil Dziwota:
'Can you do all tweaks from this tutorial on Steam version of the game if you install ScummVM by yourself? [Sorry for my English.]'
philscomputerlab:
'The Steam version is a bit different, but try it out. If it loads in ScummVM, then yes.'
