Should we be worried?

I tried to redeem my Indie Gala key and was told it was already used ... the key was freshly generated just moments before. I contacted IG and they blamed me for waiting too long to generate the key and the developer for canceling older keys?? I'm not sure where to direct a support request with the developer regarding this problem. Can someone advise ? Thank you, I'm looking forward to getting a working key and adding this game to my library....

Hi, I've played this game a few days ago with my gamepad and everything worked fine. But started it tonight and jump and shooting is working but I can't move. I can move left and right in level select, just no in the levels... Any idea's how to fix this? (I've already reinstalled the game and looked up my settings in steam, but all seems fine...)...
