How do you activate reinforcements in Der Kessel?

I see the point adding up, but they are grayed out. Obviously this means I need to do something to activate the reinforcements so I can receive them. I take control over the two entry points on the both sides of the river on the western side, but still no reinforcments. What is the key to getting the reinforcements?

Really? That might be a bug. Mine works fine after i got the reinforcement zones, you might wanna send a message to focustechsupport on the wargame forum.
