i think they are referrin to the comic or maybe the evidence folder? Either way, somehow i was able to collect all of them after handing in the evidences to judy. Hope it helps.

I'm stuck on 3/47, and I also have no clue what I need to do. I've tried looking at everything in my inventory, looking at the various shops, statues, paintings, etc., in the game, looked at all the comics and pictures, and listened to the music, and I don't know what else to try. I'm guessing it's just glitched.

You must read the sign and look at the picture/board on the wall (for example in the Amulet Exibition)

I just read every plaque, painting and exhibit in the museum, and I'm still at 3/47.

I think the amount of comic pieces are counted for this achievement, because i got the achievement when I got my last comic piece. So you'll have to collect them all.

Mine was also stuck for quite a while, but I did recieve the achievement the same way Jastice did.
