Is this going to stay VR only?

It looks like a pretty decent game right now and I can't tell why from the video why you couldn't possibly play without it. This game effectively costs £755.99 to anyone who doesn't have a Vive (That's over £100 more than I spent on this mid-tier gaming PC!) Don't want to seem like I'm moaning but honestly it would be a shame if this game stays VR only....
