I really want to love this game but....

as the title says- this game has everything i like about building sims. indiviual toons, nice graphics, economy building, cool edicts (like arresting people) - but the one thing that just sucks all the fun out of it is by late game its waaaaay too easy. im exporting 200k worth of stuff and i still havent touched 3/4 of the island lol. how do you guys deal with this because i really want to keep playing but the formula is getting stale lol

also i have tropico 3 absoulute power....does that have the same issue end game?

Pretty much. I just start a new island/challange/mission when it gets boring.

You can tweak things in the sandbox mode to make it more difficult for yourself.

It's not suppose to be the kind of sim where you just keep building on the same map forever.

Basically the only way for difficulty is to set up a few scenarios in sandbox, or do later caimpaign missions. Wont lie, the caimpaign missions are more long than hard, but there is some challange... why build two sports domes? Becasue reasons!

also to the poster who said this isnt the kinda game you can keep building- i agree - but at the same time if you read my original post, i said i still had 3/4 of the island free to build on lol. i think the problem is the pacing of the game. too easy too quick maybe?but still, i like it
