Tropico 4 - Mods! Which ones should i use? xD

Hey there. I'm looking for some mods to enhance Tropico 4 - What mods are good/ "DUDE GET IT" type mods?
And how do you get them?

There are no mods for Tropico 4 as far as i know. However a Guy made a brilliant tool called HPK Archiver that you can use to extract or pack the game files.
I am working on something we could call a Modification: actualy Texture Replacement for the T4 buildings. Created lots of Textures using Photoshop in .dds format and converted them to .tga using XnView/NConvert. I'm currently at 30% through with this process tho it will take me a while to finish it coz im also creating a new Worldspace (Shambhala) for Skyrim...Anyway once it's done i'll share it with you guys.
If you know some existing mods for T4 let me know i'll gladly add it to my game.

Might want to try to contact one of these guys. There is a download that might help figure stuff out. I understand the mod is no longer working though since 1.0.3.

As already stated, there are mods, but Tropico 4 is not very mod friendly.

I could never get Tropico 4 mods to even remotely work. SO i'm just giving you a heads up, it seems very tricky and complex to mod Tropico.

From what I have read, it's possible to mod the edicts. I am not sure about adding them, but without source code it would be hard to do mods.
