Buildings dont scroll
A friend of mine had this problem, not me, but I must ask anyway. He has all DLCs, Windows 7 and the problem appear at the same time he started playing. The game doesnt let him scroll the buildings, with the mouse wheel he only gets to zoom out and in, as if he wasnt in the building menu. Could you help?
