Catwoman can't open door hatch.

I am on the third cat woman mission. I cannot open the door hatch at the start of the mission. I am holding down control and pressing space, but the command just won't go through. That door is my only way of progressing through the storyline, so as of now I am stuck. I tried restarting the game and my computer. The bug is still there.

I would suggest changing the key bind for the action command and see if that works. Could be the binding you either made is having a hard time recognising the input or just doesn't work.

I changed the key bind and it still does not work, so I changed it back afterwards. Currently I am still stuck at that point and no other solutions seem to be working. Did anyone else run into this problem?

omfg yes i did and it is such a ♥♥♥♥♥, also when i press control, it just freezes my movement controls when i stand up, with all characters, then i always have to crawl around while holding the space key. I really wish someone would correct this.

yeah, this glitch really sucks because I cannot progress any further at this point. I'm literally just stuck at that part of the game.
