Harley Quinn's Revenge is missing

Alright, so I picked up Arkham City last summer sale on steam. While I was at it I figured I'd grab Harley Quinn's Revenge as well. I never got around to trying it but recently started playing the game again and want to delve in. Problem is I don't know how to do it. There's no option to start Harley Quinn's Revenge on my title screen, and I saw in other threads you have to download it through the Games for Windows Live client, but I see no option for doing that either. Can anyone give me a step by step here?

Get the Key for Harley's Revenge from the Steam client and install the GfWL client (http://www.xbox.com/LIVE/PC/DownloadClient).
Start the client and log on with you Live ID.
You'll need to activate your key in the client now, unfortunately I can't check at the moment where you can do this, but it should be not to hard to find.
After you activated the key you can download and install the DLC with the Live Client.

If you still have problems ask again, I'll see what I had to do when I installed it a few months ago in greater detail.

I think I may have it, thank you for the response. The client key works in the redeem code section usually reserved for their prepaid cards; go figure. It's downloading now but sure it taking one heck of a long time. We'll see if it works whenever I get around to finishing it.

All I get for this is "invalid key".

Try going to "my downloads " below redeem key, I could download it from there.

Games For Windows Marketplace has been closed in August and GFWL will close next year.
Batman games now use Steamworks, and everyone who owns a copy has now access to the GOTY edition on Steam, for free...
