I am missing a lot of files for this game. Help?

So, I bought Amnesia last Christmas, and finished the main story last week. I played Justine and now I'd like to play some Custom Stories. The problem is that I cannot find the custom stories folder in which custom stories are meant to be placed. I went to the steamapps folder in Program Files, but I could only find the games for my brother's Steam account, and not for mine. The only Amnesia folders I have are the ones in my documents. I repeat: I DO NOT have an Amnesia folder in my Program Files. Is there anywhere else it could be?

The game is located in common>amensia>custom_stories

Enjoy to bad the games main story is broken for me for some reason.

Common is a location for all steam games that are not valve owned.

Perhaps I was unclear. In the Steamapps folder, there is a folder called 'common', a folder called 'hojunhu' (my brother's account) and a bunch of files. I doubleclick on the folder called 'common' and inside there are only folders for the games my brother has bought, no folder for Amnesia, and no folder for Portal (which is under my brother's name, cause he bought that too)

Amnesia runs just fine, so I have to have the files, I just can't find them.

Nevermind, I found the files myself. They're in a strange and very random folder in the 'c' drive.
