Amnesia is being stupid!

I started amnesia go throught the options setting up amnesia and then I start I go to new game and I click it and I can see the subtitles but everything else is black what do you think I should I tryed everything.

Did you saw the background-map in the Main Menu? Which kind of graphic chip do you use (graphicscard)? do you use a laptop? Are all of your drivers up to date?

I have the same problem except i'm able to play through the first area and pick up that last note that makes you black out, the screen stays black...

Im having the same problem as u! ive tried everything and nobody seems to know how to fix it ); i realy want to play amnesia! i can see my little cursure, the hints and the menus but nothing else, also ican hear everything including my foot steps so i know that i can also move but that doesnt help if im blind!

Exactly I same thing like I have the same proplem with Saint row 4.

i dont have saints row 4 but i have saints row 3 and it probably works the best out of all of my games some people say that the problem is ur graphics card and some say that it doesnt work for people who use an intel processer so i have no idea! :(
