Could be your problem, just a shot in the dark as you have onboard graphics, only suggestion is turning down your settings or buying a better card.

There's your problem, you would need a bit more dedicated video memory in order to run the game properly. I had a laptop with around the same specs as the OP about 5 years ago and it was finding it hard to run even World of Warcraft. DirectX 9 games would hardly work at all.
