Post your hpl.log to the FG forum.

Go to My Documents/Amnesia/Main. There is a file there called hpl.log. Then go to the Frictional Games forum, create an account, open a new thread in "Technical Support".

Below the reply box, there's a box called "attachments". Navigate to the hpl.log, and upload it as an attachment.

You should also tell them if you have Mac/Windows/linux, and where you got the game.

Great, got a prob too, get have a look on the hpl ;) If prob continues, i'm working on a solution but for people using ubuntu system. There's a crap in the package, we can "go over" by adding something special, as i'm french i don't understand yet very well the thingsI have to do. Hope your way goes well!
