Amnesia repeatedly flickers?

My Amnesia was running perfect the other day so when I click play Amnesia my screen flicker black then to my home page rapidly then it turns into a window and by clicking the window it wont open and if I click it about five times my mouse gets stuck in the top left of my computer and it cant move and since its stuck I restart my computer and this happened about five times its really aggrivating can someone that has proper knowledge please help

Try to reinstall the game, update your drivers for you graphics card or run benchmarktests.
