I bought now for 20min and the amnesia is not working

Check to make sure that your system is compatible with the system requirements listed on the store page. If not, try running the game in compatibility mode, I've been seeing a lot of issues running this game on Windows 8. Look up the issue, maybe submit a support ticket. If you don't know how to use compatibility mode, navigate to here "C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/Steamapps/Common/Amnesia the Dark Descent", then click the search bar in the top right and search "*.exe" (without the quotes), right click on Amnesia, select properties, click the Compatibility tab, check "run this program in compatibility mode", then select from the dropdown one of the operating systems listed on the store page, then save your settings. If that doesn't work search the error message or create a support ticket. Hope this helps!

Did you try Windows 7? That's the system I'm using and amnesia runs fine. Sorry I couldn't be of much help. But hey, Frictional is an indie company so they're bound to get to your questions fast. Hope this works out for you.

I also have windows 8, alienware x51 with i core 7 3.5ghz and a nvidia gt 640 and it runs without an issue. I did not have this issue.

it won't work. i also had w8 and i didn't work, its probably cause amnesia isn't prepared to be played on this system, or some drivers, you know this studio i very... amator, so they just can't do everything

it runs on my windows 8 64bit i5-3210m hd 4000 graphics 8gb ram with no problems

That is odd. My computer is poopier and it runs it fine. All I can suggest is try using Windows 7. However Frictional may do some troubleshooting about this issue. All I can say is you're not alone with this problem, as my friend used to have this problem.
