black screen help please ^_^

Hello fellow gamers! i bought amnesia very recently but the download went fine and all but when i launch the game goes black screen blinks twice then closes it and comes with and error saying something about the game crashing and it will be searching for ways to deal with the problem but before it can do so the game crashes again so it cant come of with a solution.
