Guest room dead bodies/red flash?

So this just keeps coming back to me and I've tried looking it up and only found out that what had happened to me was some sort of script or trigger but regardless it was spooky since I've played inside the guest room MANY times playing around with the grunt to say "fight my fear of the monster"

So one day I was playing Amnesia and loaded up the guest room just for fun. Well I'd been killed by him and not killed by running just effing around. Well after a little while of screwing around the screen shakes and turns red and there was a pile of bodies inside the fireplace. Now I remember how it had happened and I had loaded up the save again so that I could get the grunt to spawn. It's freaky! Has this happened to anyone else like that? I must of triggered it but the site I had read it from is the only instance I can pull it up.

Has this happened with anyone else? It would put my mind at ease if it has!
