Amnesia wont start.

Hey guys, I know there's a lot of that black screen and white dot issue going around, but that's NOT what's going on. I can't find anything on the interwebs either.

Anywho, as soon as i click "launch" from the launcher, or even just the regular starter, the whole screen turns black. I can't do ANYTHING. Literally, there's nothing I can do. I can't open task manager, or ctrl alt delete.... NOTHING. Not even alt F4 works. I don't know why it's doing this at all, in fact, it was working just fine last week. But nothing has changed since then! Please help peoples, I need to get it up and running so I can continue the series I'm doing...

Oh also, it doesn't even show the Frictional Games logo...nothing shows up on either screen (I have 2).
