I don't know what to do, I've followed a guide but still no hat :( please help

Seriously, that robot is the reason I quit.

The birds talk about a noise she heard in the corn field, then the pink bird walks away to the ede of the screeen and just stands there. Then I'm just stuck crouched in the corn field. The little blue birds are still moving around and the pink bird is blinking but I can't move and don't know what to do? Is the game actually frozen or am I supposed to push something?...

I love this game so much, any other like this?
