where is tutorial?

This ships with both the windows and dosbox versions yet for some reason the default launch behavior is to use the dosbox version. That one you cant use higher resolutions where as the windows one you can at least set to 1080 and not have it crash

Is there any way to win in Afterlife such as Building Wonder Structures such the Arcology Buildings as you would find in the SimCity Games since there's various ways to lose in Afterlife?

I'm up to about year 3500 and my tiles keep exploding so often that I spend all my game time repairing them. Is this supposed to happen? It's only in heaven they explode continuously even with disasters turned off.
