Increase hardware DPI (where possible) while lowering Windows OS Sensitivity can significantly improve the issue.
Enabling hardware Mouse Acceleration at 200+ DPI can also mitigate the issue. We're aware that any type of acceleration can create an unpleasant experience for some people, but please try out these steps and let us know how you get on.
