see funny yes? this has happened you literally play it 2 times and it starts to seem to run slower. but try lowering your game settings, other then that you need a better computer probably make sure to stay up to date with computers

Disabling the steam community in game fixed the problem for me.

haha stop downloading porn in the background. nice comment. downloading something in the background wouldn't slow down the game's performance.. but i had to laugh though XD

Open up fraps, how many fps you getting? I only get around 15-30 with lowest graphics..
