No Sound After Intro

I start the game up and the intro works fine, sound and all. But afterwards at the menu screen theres no sound. Cut scenes theres no sound, and gameplay theres no sound. The audio settings in the game are all the way up and sound works perfect on all other games except this one. I really want to play this game and I suck with computers so if anyone at all can help me id really appriciate it. I have a alienware 17r4 running windows 10.
