Strange FPS-issues

if installed the Beta on my Dell Vostro 3550-Laptop Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit with Gnome-Classic and the offical Amd-Grahics driver.
The Problem is the Following:
Although i have a stable Framerate of 40-50 fps suddenly the Frame rate sinks on about 4 for the fraction of a second all 3 seconds. When i set the Settings graphic on low it gets a little better but its not realy perfect.
It is pretty annoying, since it also afffects the aiming, with slows down and speeds up all the time.
on my actual PC it runs perfectly.

Does someone have some similar Problems?
