[HELP] So munch lag for no reason [HELP]

Hello !

I'm here because my Left 4 Dead 2 have very munch lag, but I don't why I just restarted it yesterday after 2 week off, now it don't stop lagging. I tried few things like (Verify file cache, Desactived multi core and pull down graphics, Scan for viruses (none), Defragment Steam file and Left 4 dead 2 files, Uninstalled it and Reinstalled it, Leave Left 4 Dead 2 groups)

None of them worked but maybe it's due to Microsoft Windows 8.1 update cause I didn't play Left 4 Dead2 still that update from Microsoft.

If you can help me or tell me who can help me
it would be nice :)

L4D2 runs fine on 8.1 for many Windows users. What are your system specs?
