Turbo Classic Lag

I've been experiencing an issue in the Turbo Classic server for a few weeks. It's not only in L4D2 but also l4d1 as well. Whenever I build props close to the maximum limit, the server for me lags so much. I'm stuck in the past while everyone else is in the present. I can aim and move, but can't do anything else, while everything but me ia frozen. Kind of like being in the Matrix or using the Time Skip ability that Hit uses from Dragon Ball Super. When I go back to the present, I am incapped or dead.
