Does L4D2 hace VAC servers?

Because recently, I was in a game with a aimbotter named, "i smoke weed irl". This guy kept getting headshots on all infected, as well as special infected. Even killing chargers in a second with just a M4. I want to know if Vaule protects these servers, because that was just lame.
