Valve update on July 2nd makes game unplayable

So since the valve update on July 2nd, so far most of my mods aren't working, i'm lagging or skipping. My hit detection is very off and I crash alot. Are any of you guys getting that problem?

Also I'm losing connection ALOT.

Is there ANY way to fix this problem?

My screen was jerking a lot and I had to change the "default" resolution back to what my monitor is set at. I also had to set all of my mouse controls again. Hilarious fun.
