Explosive rounds shot sparingly make her stumble to be killed; bile and running (use adrenaline) can have her killed by the infected or confused; molotov and run is great, as she runs slower than a green health survivor while on fire; direct shotgun blast (crowning); have all 4 survivors shoot at once, with sniper startling her; startle and run to an inaccessible location, and she will get confused and run; and in realism, shoot her and run behind a closed door, as she can't break doors down in one hit in realism.
