Last of Us mod

Hi, i was wondering why nobody started a mod for LFD2 to create something similar like the game The Last of Us.
I was thinking about:
- The special infected become humans with different abilities like the classes in TF2;
- 4 survivors versus 1 human. So it's easier to create a game;
- no unlimited ammo for the pistol;
- heavy weapons means slower movement. More ammo also means slower movement;
- wounded bodyparts won't heal fully with a medkit. With a wounded right arm, you cannot aim correctly;
- the infected reacts faster on movement or sound;
- etc etc.

Good idea?

If nobody has made this mod, why haven't you? If it looks interesting/sounds interesting to you, you should make it! :D

If there is enough interest in this mod and nobody picks it up, then yes, i will try to create this mod.
After i wrote the original post, i was thinking to ask Sony/Naughty Dog for permission. I've been in 2 Star Wars mods, and both were cancelled because LucasArts couldn't make a profit from it. I don't want that happen again.

Maybe it's not needed to create a new game. There is allot of possibilities in LFD2. You only need to know where to find it. :)

I think that would require at least Surcemod, or maybe even LuKeM's HammerCode.
Maybe with the new EMS it could be done, haven't touched that yet, but right now there's no easy way to make a game type as described.

In my personal opinion, it also defeats the spirit of L4D, which is fast-paced zombie slaughter with as few complications as possible.

I'd like something like this. It seems like it would try to keep players on their toes and travel light. I'd like to see it!
