Overlay Issue
The overlay does not work properly when running Left 4 Dead 2. Most of the time it just flickers and closes back to game. Sometimes it will open but closes to game when an action is attempted. Very rarely will it stay open long enough to send a message or invite.
I'm not the only one with this problem. I've tried defragging, verifying files and reinstalling. Beyond that, I'm clueless. Any solutions?

Well, I restarted Steam for the 1000th time trying to fix it, and it works now... like magic. Not sure why I wasn't getting the update. RESOLVED
