Well some people started playing when everyone was inexperienced. Others gritted their teeth and just kept playing till they got better despite kicks. I personally played L4d1 after 2 came out, people where fairly lenient at I picked up most of the skills needed to start playing versus in 2.

I hate how the community treats newbies to the game. Or people who aren't just that good at it.

Do you know what I hate? New players. Why don't you guys just buy Black Ops 2? Or Battlefield?

The problem is a lot of them refuse to communicate and just go ahead and do stupid things without trying to learn. Just communicate with your team and listen to people's advice and you'll probably get kicked less. The fastest kicks I see are when people run ahead get killed and refuse to say anything until they get kicked at which point they'll ask why, right before they're kicked.
Also learning the basics of playing the survivors is best done on campaign, I don't think I've ever been kicked from a normal campaign run, so unless you're really really bad you should be fine there.

Look theres too many Perfectionists out there. My theory is when the game came out the first people who played got more time to get better or noobs got better and they thought "hmm you know what lets make fun of people that got incappetated once then kick them because it happened to me."

Versus can get very competative and it doesn't matter how long you've been playing it, you will still get kicked now and then. As stated earlier, you just have to grow a thick skin and keep going into games and learning how to attack with the infected and how to make it to the safe room as a survivor. One of the best ways to learn is...if you get killed as a survivor...don't just leave the game...stay and watch what everyone is doing. You will learn all kinds of tricks and where the best ambush spots are for the infected. It takes a long time to get good at Versus but keep at it. Once you get good at it...it's a lot of fun!
