achievements block help!

I need help, I do not know what's going on, I currently have 18 / n (n = maximum number of feats) achievements unlocked. What is happening is that I completed the campaign sacrifice + community + 'cold stream, and the prowess of each not unlock, killed while on a charger is in charge with melee weapon and not desbloqueo, and others that already did not I remember, just know that the exploits are trapped in 18/ne you can not complete any more!
