Server problem

Hi guys i have problem to connect in any server. I can see the servers normally but when i am going to connect is saing failed after 10 retries. When i run the game as admin is giving me the message that i have at launch options the parameter -insecure and cant connect to any vac server. I haven't in launch options this parameter and never used before only i had used looking for solution the parameter -autoconfig. Uninstalling installing the game not helper also i downloaded again and this not helped too. Thanks in advance.
