Most important: HAVE FUN. How gives a ♥♥♥♥ what other people say? JUST HAVE FUN AND WORK TOGETHER. With that, you will achieve anything. :)
Add me for more help and tips.
As a survivor make sure you have a constant awareness of where your fellow survivors are. If your boomered get next to them. It takes a little practice, but you can even tell when the spitters spit lands close to you when you should all be bundled up so that you can split as best you can while still sticking around each other around the spit. As long as you stay in a semi tight circle (No one survivor being directly behind the other...Imagine a serpentine manuever. This is to ensure if a charger is able to catch one of you the other three can respond effectivly and take him out with the least amount of damage possible being done.) and travel while constantly being aware of how your fellow survivors are performing should give you an almost guarnteed shot at success. The only other tip I could give is no matter what always make sure that if you pick up a molly. That at least one person has it because you never know when a tank is going to be around that next corner, and you don't want to be caught without one. It can be done, and on some levels it's absolutly necessary because there is no other way, however if you can get that heads up on your opponent shouldn't it be worth it?
As far as infected goes treat it in a similar style as a survivor. Awareness is the key to an FPS. If you have it you'll succeed if you don't. Well then just give it some time your new after all.
I could give a few more tips and tricks, but that ruins the fun of the game. Some things need to be learned such as the best places to pounce from. The exact right way to manuever as a boomer, Spotting the one survivor that ensures you get multiple pulls as a smoker for instance. Once you pull these off though and learn them that's the entire fun of versus.
Alright i'm done. Have fun out there.
