LEFT 4 DEAD 2 ISN'T WORKING ON WINDOWS 8!!

I INSTALLED LEFT 4 DEAD OM MY PC AND I HAVE WINDOWS 8. IT OPENS BUT IN STORY (BEFORE MENU) IT CLOSES.
