When, a player, should be kicked?

Those point under, are happening alot. So I`m asking you: Are you agree with it?

A - player is afk for 30-40 seconds couple times(speacilly Vs mode )

B - Does`nt agree with general vote, than kicked by a team vote. (happened to me)

C - Noob player

D - swearing

E - gameplay anti-team (not about noobs)

F- did not know the majority language, but know ensglish.

Any server should have an admin all time, to supervise players activity.
The result of the vote should be approve by admin.
Banlist necesary, for bad language players and other rightfully reasons.
Lobby leader left, the rights for lobby leader transfered to other player. (no return to lobby)
Introducing a report player activity, based on log player, send it to admind and ban steam on server.
Suspend online rights for several days for user, if his behvior is bad. (we buy the game to have fun with it, not performance)
Creating a system of player points skills, with solve issues about kicking and unbalanced teams.(a player with low skill could not connect to a session with high skill majority.)

Anti-team and afk for more than a minute. Swearing? Well, this is a public game. Little kids that play it probably hear it enough from their parents. Had one yutz the other day in a versus game come in, run his character off way ahead so the specials would track it, then quit so we lost one right off.

Swearing in an M rated game where killing peoples corpses while nick is spamming "tits" is no place to kick people for swearing. We are not children, do not censor us. Now Mic spam swearing is a whole other ball game. If you don't think someone deserves to get kicked, vote no, just because the majority thinks they do, but you think they did a good job doesn't mean you give into pressure. The only 3 ways I use vote kick is for Team Killing, Idle for one map length, or Ignorance while being Arrogant. If I hit yes for anything related to Team Killing or going against teamwork, it's likely straight to the block list.

Unreal you play a horror based game, with the characters (Bots) swearing and yet you think kicking a player for swearing is reasonable..

Why not just get your own server and kick the bots since they also swear..

Its not about whos am I kicking. Those points happened alot. I didnt kick it, others do. Read the text carrefully.
From my viewpoint, you can swear, but you cannot swearing me. Thats what I`m talking about.

A player should be kicked any time the rest of his team feels he should be kicked. Three to one means you don't get any right to object.

Sadly, sometimes pros get matches up with noobs and the pro gets kicked as he was not "playing right".
