You have to start from the first chapter in the map and you must survive the finale for it to count.

we had 1 reset and I died once (not in finale) and I made the lobby

If you're talking about Still Something To Prove. You gotta survive all the campaigns in a row.

Not in a row -.-. It doesn't matter. Just complete them whenever you want.

You can die or fail, but if you don't clear them all in the same session i think it doesn't work. Keep in mind you gotta survive.

I have done dead centre twice, survived both times and started from the beginning (in lobby). I also did dark carnival before and it hasnt unchecked that one
