Loading bar disappears when trying to connect to multiplayer

This has just started to happen. Whenever I try connect to multiplayer server,the loading bar goes up to about 20-30%,and then just disappears. The "4" is still going...but never stops. I have to ctrl+alt+del to end the game. Single player is fine. I'm thinking of doing a full clean. Help?

this kind of things happens to everyone, in so many ways. instead quick match, search the game by urself, it may help.
