Flashlight problem ? / Bug ?

So im having flashlight problem. The thing is it doesnt light anything. It still stays dark when I turn it on. It lights up only some materials like rocks. I had some problems with shawdows, but I rolled back my video drivers and it fixed up. Should roll back again or the problem is in somewhere else ?
