honestly, i figuredit was its intestins(mispelled), since they are mutated, its body could have changed, or it just stretches and it isnt that long

He most likley holds it in the tumor on his head, I noticed it looks weighed down, and I believe he slouches to keep himself upright to hold it in there and not fall down lol.

Either that or its retracted somewhere into his body.

One of the most disturbing theories out there is that the smoker's tongue might actually be the intestines from it's body. No one really knows what it really is though.

I really like the tumor one. It reminds me of the episode of family guy where peter walks into the fountain of youth and everything but his head changes to a baby size and then he falls over and can't get up!

That is actually there too. If you look at the model, you can see it just gets absorbed into the muscle mass:tank:
