Enviromental workshop items

I want to know what non-skin/music workshop items work best in left 4 dead 2.

The ones I currently have are:
+ Cinamatic lighting
+ Improved blood textures
+ Informal skyboxes

I want ones that particularly change the feel of the campaign, without changing: the infected, weapons, or soundtrack.

There are also maps such as "The Real Parish" and "The Real Dead Center" which you might enjoy. The three addons you have are pretty much the only ones I run as well.

Team Health Counter lets you see your teammate's numerical HP values, a very basic mod that you might like.
