Hidden Blade Mod that replaces the Nightstick?

They have similar speeds and damage (Hidden Blade is just an arm knife, it isn't going to make a huge slice through your chest) Can anyone do this?

Ive also wondered if it were possible to make a crossbow replace the nade launcher or hunting rifle.

I asked a modder, he said alot of people found it too hard to do, he was gonna try but people complained that it isnt "realistic enough."
