Addons uninstall when I exit the game?

I got some Attack on Titan mods for L4D2 and evverytime I exit the game and restart it. The addons remove and I have to install them again.

Any help?

Try verifying the local game cache.

if that doesnt work you could always go to left 4 dead maps and get your mods there

Stop using Workshop and use L4DMAPS for your mods. It is a ton faster and much easier to manage your mods.
