HELP!!! What happened to my L4D2 add-ons?

Recently, I start the L4D2 and my add-ons are start to reinstalling. But I installed all of my add-ons since last time, I think it is about 3 months that I installed all of it. I'm so confused that my add-ons after waiting 6 hours to finished the reinstalled add-ons are incomplete! Most of them are my add-on maps like Back To School, RedemptionII, DayBreak, and I Hate Mountains. Why did this happen? Is this from may L4D2 or the STEAM has the error?

Left4Dead isnt the only game where this happens. Currently every game that has workshop has this problem. Garrys Mod as an example only has 2 pages +1 of addons availavable.
The steam cloud is probably having problems because thats where the addons are being kept, synchronized and so on. If valve does not fix this we are gonna have a hard time enjoying our games with the community content again...

Oh! I see, its too hard bro! Browsing every part of steam websites is too slow and downloading maps too. I hope valve will fix this problem and never be happen again. By the way, thanks for your answer bro!

Bro! Why my MODS are always reinstalling? But it is finished to installed last time. But it always repeating to reinstall when i always start the game.
