how to kick players with weird names using "kick name" in local hosted server.

i have no problem kicking soeone like "kick zapboy007" but if their name uses weird symbols or japanese characters, i can't kick them because i can't type out their name.

I know this is a super late bump but can someone explain to me how to do this? Just had a guy with no name and I couldn't kick him through the traditional means.

I'm confused on what number they mean. I see a lot of numbers. Was hoping for a much specific clarification.
