Weird Spanish Talking Sounds

So, I keep hearing some spanish talking everytime there might be a special infected near by, I don't know how it happened or where it came from, but it is anonnying. Also, there is one sound that sings lalalalalalala in spanish. It's so anonnying and I don't know what is going on.
