Weird animations on Zoey and Coach?
For a while now, the world animations on Zoey and Coach are rather broken. They hold melee weapons strangely, they reload oddly (such as coach reloading the desert rifle like a pistol), and use throwables weirdly (zoey threw a molotov as if she was holding the m16).

Now I've asked plenty of people on the matter, and no it's not because of addons. At least i don't think its because of addons. I freshly reinstalled the game today, played 100% with vanilla everything, and they still had the awkward animations.

I've tried verifying the cache, reinstalling, testing certain mods, use of sv_consistency 0, and nothing is working. It's a miniscule problem, but it's grown to be greatly annoying.

I don't pay much attention to world models, or anything other than game play in l4d. More or less what I mean is that I worry to much about the zombies and never notice anything like this. My best guess is that you just try to ignore it.
Yeah I know. It's a miniscule thing like I said. Ignoring it is pretty much all I'm doing at this point.

Nick and Rochelle have broken backs

Coach fires his Desert Eagle in completely the wrong direction when crouching and looking behind him

Zoey holds a Crowbar like she's as penguin with the hip movements to match

Nick's double handed Pistol animation make him look very stiff and out of proportion

When running with a single handed pistol or Mangam, Coach's free hand spazes out every time he swings it in movement
