Uncensor Australian version

Australia finally has its R18+ rating, and I just bough L4D2 and cannot stress how dissapointed I am with it. Is there any way we could get Valve to update the game to be uncensored or for a modder to fix the censorship. I know there is Left 4 Uncut but I am playing on Mac so it doesnt work. Also I would rather have the gore turned on legitimately rather than to use a hack. Thanks
